Red Hawk is a professional consultant and keynote speaker with 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors.  He has lectured to government officials on diversity, leadership, and team building. He has written and developed motivational group programs, and facilitated organizational problem solving sessions. He has also contributed to developing training videos and training materials. In 2007 Red Hawk became a member of the elite consulting pool at Georgetown University's National Center for Cultural Competence.

Red Hawk is of Cherokee Indian descent, Founder of OPM Management Solutions LLC, an Operational Program & Materials Management Solution Company, specializing in diversity training and keynote addresses on cultural understanding and cultural competency.  He is an advisory board member of the Old Negev Research Institute (ONRI), an institute dedicated to the study of ancient Egyptian writings found in the "High Cultures" of the American Southwest. He is the former Clan Chief for the American Cherokee Confederacy of Georgia (retired), a state recognized tribe by proclamation and also sat on the tribal council as their Spiritual Leader.  He still holds the honorary title of "Chief."

Red Hawk has extensive experience in the areas of managing diversity and cultural understanding. He has assisted in the design and implementation of system-wide programs in each of these areas. Hawk is a nationally known motivational keynote speaker on the topics of cultural diversity, issues of social change, and structural inequality. He has experience conducting complex workplace investigations, organizational problem solving, mediating employment disputes, and designing and presenting labor and employee relations training for managers and supervisors.  Red Hawk has presented to over one million people nationwide in the areas of leadership, diversity training, motivational training, after-dinner performances, keynote addresses and cultural programming.

While serving his country, Red Hawk received the Navy Achievement Medal for his contributions in the field of management theory. He received commendations for serving in Desert Storm and was awarded the Humanitarian Medal for his services in the rescue of Korean refugees off the Sea of Japan. He was honorably discharged from the Department of Defense in Honolulu Hawaii after 10 years of service with full honors in 1991.
