For Red Hawk's keynote, presentation, workshop or cultural programs, he will need the following:
- A professional sound system with two microphones
- A "boom" microphone stand for the Native flute, and a cordless handheld microphone or
- A wireless clip-on microphone
- Small table, glass of water on the table
- A stage or platform with easy access to the audience
- OPTIONAL: one or two large video screens with video projector
- OPTIONAL: spotlights
- Dressing room, if needed
- Power Point and video requirements, for workshops only
